A few honest details before we get started
Normal service hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Eastern. Current baseline rates are kept on the Pricing page.
Local minimum: Within 25 driving miles of Carmel, the $100 minimum covers local travel, mileage, and up to the first hour on the machine.
Access: I need safe access to the equipment and the relevant breaker, water shutoff, drain, and workspace.
Scope changes: Machines do not always read the work order. If I find something that meaningfully changes the repair or expected cost, I will get with you before simply piling more work onto the bill.
Safety and licensed trades: I service and diagnose coffee equipment. If the next step belongs to an electrician, plumber, contractor, or another qualified trade, I will tell you.
A form is not an appointment: Sending the form starts the conversation. I will review it, respond, and then we can put the next step on the schedule if needed.
