You do not have to diagnose the whole room before you ask for help.
If the question is bigger than one broken part—equipment condition, water, layout, workflow, maintenance, replacement, or what should happen first—start with an assessment walkthrough.
$125 Assessment Walkthrough
I review the equipment and the conditions around it, ask what the people using it are seeing, and work toward a practical next-step plan.
This can include equipment condition, water and filtration, utilities, workflow, maintenance history, known problems, repair-versus-replacement priorities, and what needs another qualified trade.
The useful part is not just finding problems. It is deciding what to do with what we found.
What you should leave with
- A clearer picture of current condition
- Problems separated from preferences and future improvements
- Priorities for repair, maintenance, replacement, or further testing
- Known plumbing, electrical, filtration, access, or installation needs called out
- A practical path for what should happen next
Assessment is work.
The walkthrough is not a free quote disguised as troubleshooting. It is time spent inspecting, measuring, thinking through the system, and giving you a plan you can use.
Assessments billed at standard rates.
Know exactly what changed?
If one machine is down, leaking, throwing an error, or clearly needs repair, you probably do not need an assessment first.
Some answers belong to another trade.
I can identify likely plumbing, electrical, drain, water-treatment, ventilation, access, or site-preparation needs as part of the equipment assessment. When the work itself belongs to a licensed or qualified trade, I will call that out rather than pretending coffee-equipment service replaces them.
